TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Check-in: By appointement between 3 pm and 7:30pm on the day of arrival.
Prior arrangement is required for early or late arrivals.
Check-out: rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
“SQUILS & CO” reserves the right to charge an extra night if check-out time is not respected.
Breakfast is served from 8:30am to 10am in the courtyard or dinning room according to the weather. In accordance with French law, breakfast is included in the price of the room.
Bedroom 001 is equipped with queen size double beds (160cm). Bedroom 102, The Studio room and Suites 201 & 209 have king size double beds(180cm). Twin beds are available in Bedroom 102 and Suite 201, these rooms can connect. Rooms are not designed to accommodate extra beds or cots, the house is not adapted to young guests aged under 14.
L’Albiousse is non-smoking throughout. A deep cleaning fee of 150 € per room will be charged to anyone not respecting this non-smoking policy. Smoking is permitted in the courtyard and on the private terraces.
Dogs are accepted, subject to a 15€/night fee.
Guests will be issued with a front door key at check-in. Guests are free to come and go at their convenience during their stay, however common decency is expected when returning late. A replacement fee of 30€ will be charged to your credit card for any keys lost or not returned on departure.
For the security and confort of all our guests, non resident visitors are strictly forbidden on the premises.
Anti social behaviour and refusal to comply with house rules will lead to guests being asked to settle their bill in full and leave immediately.
CONTRAT
The contract is considered binding from the moment a reservation number has been confirmed to you. However, your booking is guarantied only after reception of the 30% deposit or full advanced payment for prepaid offers.
All bookings are bound by the present Terms and Conditions. Making a booking implies that you expressly recognise having read them and that you fully accept them.
RATES
The rates indicated on the web site are given in Euros on a per night bases for one or two guests sharing a room. All prices include breakfast, VAT and service charge.
Local taxes, insurance and personal expenses are not included.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once your 30% deposit or full prepayment has been received.
CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Any cancellation or changes must be confirmed in writing by the customer. In return Squils & Co will confirm a cancellation number and applicable cancellations charges.
If you cancel your booking more than 15 days prior to the arrival date, Squils & Co will refund your 30% deposit in full. Between 15 and 8 days prior to arrival, you forfeit the full amount of your deposit. 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, “No Shows” or early departures, the full amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card.
Special conditions are currently in place due to the Covid-19 pandemic. These are clearly indicate on the booking page.
No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Certain special offers advertised on the web site or communicated by phone or email require full credit card prepayment at time of booking. No refund will be made in case of cancellation or ‘No Show’. No changes can be made to these bookings.
Squils & Co recommends that customers ensures they have adequate travel insurance to cover these eventual costs (certain credit cards). Alternatively it’s the customer’s sole responsibility to subscribe specific travel insurance to cover the booking.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and conditions shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with French law. You expressly agree to submit any litigation to the jurisdiction of the local French courts in the GARD.
